The Millennial Real Estate Podcast

More millennials now own homes than ever before, but the housing market is only sometimes an easy market to decipher and understand.

Coming off the crazy years of Covid where nothing really made sense, many people don’t quite understand what to make of the housing market, what is correct, and what is just an anomaly. The Millennial Real Estate Podcast is here to break it all down.

The main goal is the make real estate education easily accessible and digestible for millennials to help them navigate the housing market - whether they are a buyer a seller, or just a renter.

Real estate is one of the best ways to gain wealth in the United States, but it is also one of the hardest things to obtain in general. From systematic laws and regulations that have prevented certain minority groups from being able to purchase, to people just not having the knowledge to know where to start and the means to begin.

“Millennial” will over time help people have a better understanding of the housing market and how it applies to them. In the first episode, I have a conversation with my partner lender from Caliber Home Loans, Rachel Armstrong and we discuss the new Loan-Level Price Adjustment that took effect May 1, 2023. The great thing about Rachel is she does not mince her words, but she does a great job of explaining exactly what these new adjustments are and what they mean overall without any fear-mongering.
